Thunder Ridge USD 110 Introduces New District Website

New site provides many resources for patrons

By Web Development Staff

November 05, 2008

Thunder Ridge Unified School District #110 is proud to announce the launch of its brand new district website.  The high school web development class has been working internally for the past few months to design the website and will be making additions over the course of the next several weeks and months.  The site will continue to evolve and keep you up to date on important school activities and information.

The design and preparation for the new Thunder Ridge Longhorn website has been a long and tedious process.  The school district appreciates the patience of those who have been waiting the launch of the new site and renews its commitment to provide up to date information about the school district as the year progresses.  While the site won't be a daily newspaper, it is certainly the district’s goal to keep the content fresh and exciting in an effort to entice you to return often.

The web addresses www.usd110.com as well as www.usd110.net will both link to the district's website.  Patrons will be able to use the site to obtain contact information, weekly bulletins, lunch menus, student handbooks, faculty and staff emails, scholarship forms and information, sports updates, board meeting minutes, booster club information, as well as to order yearbooks, access PowerSchool™ and Accelerated Reader®, and upload images for the school yearbook and website, just to name some of the features.  Any questions or suggestions can be directed to the web administrator, jgregory@usd110.net.

So now the Thunder Ridge Longhorns invite you to take a look now, and then keep checking in from time to time; hopefully you'll notice the changes, the new features, etc.  Please be sure to visit the calendar component of the web site.  Sign up for weekly or monthly reminders for the events and activities you are interested in.  Click here for more details, including instructions for clipping events.

Thanks for visiting and come back again soon!
